Mango residents may face water shortage due to fire at water treatment plant

A fire broke out in the panel board of the water treatment plant near Jawahar Nagar Road No. 15, Mango, causing chaos and potentially affecting water supply in the area. The fire was brought under control, but the plant’s motor may not be able to run, leading to a possible water crisis during the summer season.

JAMSHEDPUR – A fire incident at the water treatment plant near Jawahar Nagar Road No. 15 in Mango has led to chaos and may disrupt water supply in the area, as the plant’s motor might not be operational due to the damage caused by the fire, potentially resulting in a water shortage during the peak summer months.

The BJP leader Vikash Singh said that the water plant is not being maintained.

Due to lack of maintenance, this water plant worth crores of rupees is becoming dilapidated.

He was telling the higher officials that the panel board should be repaired.

The employees told them that the panel board was not working for several days.

On receiving information about the incident, BJP leader Vikas Singh reached the spot.

Employees say that after the fire incident, water supply in Mango will be affected.

The contractor also did not reach the spot.

It is the responsibility of a contractor to run this water plant.

There may be an outcry for water in Mango.

However, the fire brigade also reached the spot.

After hard work the fire was brought under control.

The employees present in the water treatment plant were somehow trying to extinguish the fire.

But, no official of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department has yet reached the spot.

Information about the incident has been given to top officials.

The fire caused chaos in the water treatment plant.

The locals confirmed that a fire broke out in the panel board of the water treatment plant located near Jawahar Nagar Road No. 15, Mango.
