JAMSHEDPUR – As temperatures climb in Kolhan, a recent fire incident has been reported from the Govindpur police station area, near the Nuvoco Cement Plant.

The fire broke out in the forest located behind the plant’s sack factory, causing significant alarm among locals.

The incident occurred on Monday morning, and the fire brigade was promptly notified.

Tata Motors fire brigade personnel were dispatched to the scene, where they managed to extinguish the fire after two strenuous hours.

Currently, the cause of the fire is unknown, and investigations are ongoing to determine its origins.

Thankfully, the fire has now been fully controlled, preventing any further damage.
