Led by Civil Defense Inspector Santosh Kumar, the campaign features ten nominated volunteers dedicated to engaging the Rail Colony area’s residents.
The primary aim is to motivate community members to exercise their voting rights at the polls.
To this end, the team has organized Prabhat Pheri street drama and other educational activities to inform voters about the importance of casting their vote.
The campaign kicked off with a voter pledge taken by loco pilots, emphasizing the crucial role of every vote in democracy.
Additionally, efforts to facilitate voter registration and information on voting portals and forms have been made to simplify the voting process for the electorate.
The executive team, including Anil Kumar Singh, Kalyan Kumar Sahu, and other key members, will play a vital role in executing the awareness initiatives.
This proactive approach, endorsed by the district administration and communicated through the Railway Regional Manager, aims to bolster democratic participation in the elections.
