JAMSHEDPUR – Early Sunday morning, a distressing incident at Kandra railway station saw Rakesh Hait, a young man from Medinipur, West Bengal, sustain injuries after falling from the 12949 Kaviguru Express.
Displaying resilience, Rakesh managed to inform RPF in-charge Asmit Verma at the RPF barrack, sparking immediate action to aid him.
RPF and Kandra police station responded promptly, ensuring Rakesh received the necessary medical attention at Gamharia Community Health Center.
The injured youth suffered a head injury but was quickly attended to, thanks to the efficient collaboration between the railway administration and Kandra police.
