Inner Wheel Club educates on government schemes this Women’s Day

The Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East hosts an event to enlighten young women on financial empowerment and government schemes.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East recently celebrated International Women’s Day.

They organized an educational program at Tinplate Union Girls College.

The focus was on financial empowerment and government schemes available through the Department of Posts.

Anamika, the Golmuri post office’s lady postmaster, led the session.

She, along with her colleagues, detailed the savings and deposit schemes offered.

The event also emphasized the importance of women’s empowerment in society.

PP Rama Khanna and Manjari Bhattacharya delivered motivational talks.

They highlighted the significant impact of financial independence on women’s lives.

A question-and-answer segment was held to engage the students actively.

Chocolates were distributed as rewards for correct answers, promoting participation.

In line with promoting women’s health, sanitary pads were given to the students.

This gesture aimed to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene.

The club thanked Kamini Gupta, the college principal, and the faculty for their support.

This initiative showcases the club’s commitment to women’s empowerment and community education.
