JAMSHEDPUR – A quick response by the Jamshedpur police led to the resolution of a kidnapping case within four hours.

Chaman Khan admitted to planning the abduction for ransom, exposing the financial motive behind the crime.

The identities of the kidnappers have been disclosed as Doctor alias Chaman Khan, Sudeep Rai, Tapan Rajak, Karuna Rajak, and Vikas Singh Mura.

These individuals, including the driver Vikas Singh Mura, all originate from Baghmundi, Purulia.

Following the raid, authorities confiscated mobile phones and the vehicle linked to the kidnapping.

The operation was initiated after Asha Das reported her husband’s abduction by individuals in a Bolero car.

The police team’s swift action was based on this detailed description of the suspects and their vehicle.

Five individuals from Baghmundi, Purulia, were arrested in connection with Niranjan Das’s kidnapping.

The successful rescue underscores the effectiveness of the police’s prompt intervention in such critical situations.
