Ingenium 2024: A Melting Pot of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

XLRI’s Start-Up Conclave, Ingenium, brought together innovative leaders and entrepreneurs, emphasizing agility and readiness in a changing business world.

JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI’s Conclave Committee recently celebrated its fourth Start-Up Conclave, Ingenium, on February 3, 2024, marking a significant milestone in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

The Vote of Thanks by Prof. Sunil Sarangi wrapped up Ingenium 2024, summarizing the insightful discussions and acknowledging the efforts of all participants and organizers.

Prof. Sarangi emphasized the importance of transforming entrepreneurial ideas into reality, inspiring students with stories from the speakers during the Inaugural Address.

The conclave was seamlessly organized by committee members Yashank Tiwari, Neelesh Gupta, Tushar Batra, and Kashyap Kompella, under the guidance of Prof. Kanagaraj Ayyalusamy and Anshu Kumari.

Panel discussions were enriched by moderators Poonam Shree, Sugandha Singh, Rohan Khanna, and Anukriti Srivastava, with hosts Pranav Varma, Oiendrila Mukherjee, Vanshdeep Singh Rathod, and Shalini Bhardwaj facilitating the event.

The panel on “Crafting a Brand” highlighted tactics, narrative construction, and sustainability, featuring insights from speakers Tarun Katial, Bhaktha Keshavachar, Vaibhav Khandelwal, and Reeju Datta.

“Next-Gen Thinking” panel addressed the engagement of Gen Z and Millennials in startups, discussing the critical role of technology and emotional connectivity, with speakers Nishan Kapoor, Varun Mahna, and Abhishek Sharma.

The discussion “Decoding Dhanda” offered insights into profitable business management, emphasizing resilience and the importance of technology, with contributions from Pradeep Jadhav, Dr. M.A. Maluk Mohamed, Amrendra Singh, and Ish Babbar.

Ingenium showcased an engaging environment for attendees to explore the journeys of trailblazers through panel discussions and interactive sessions, emphasizing the need for future-readiness in businesses.

The event served as a dynamic platform that celebrated innovation, providing valuable insights and inspiration to students and participants, reinforcing XLRI’s commitment to nurturing leadership in the startup ecosystem.
