CII To Host 11Th Manufacturing Conclave East In Jamshedpur

Event Focuses On Future-Proofing Industry Through Technology And Sustainability

Top industry leaders to discuss emerging trends and opportunities in manufacturing sector.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will hold its 11th Manufacturing Conclave East on July 5 at a local hotel, themed "Future Ready to Future Proof Manufacturing."

"This conclave aims to explore how emerging technologies can future-proof our manufacturing sector," stated Suvendra Behera, Chairman of CII Eastern Region.

Kamal Bali, President & Managing Director of Volvo Group India Pvt Ltd, will attend as a special guest.

The event will feature discussions on global value chains, intelligent manufacturing, and sustainable practices.

"We’re focusing on competitiveness, inclusiveness, and sustainability in manufacturing," Ranjot Singh, Chairman of CII Jharkhand State Council, explained.

Key speakers include executives from Tata Motors, Tata Cummins, and Tata Steel, among others.

The conclave will address ESG strategies, policy deliberations, and best practices in the industry.

"Our goal is to strengthen the engineering and manufacturing sector, including MSMEs," Behera added.

Discussions will cover topics such as "Business Beyond Borders" and "Future Technology for Future Business."

This event is expected to chart a path for resilient and innovative manufacturing in the region.
