Tata Education Excellence Program Recognizes Top School Clubs

The Tata Education Excellence Program (TEEP) celebrates outstanding student clubs from Jamshedpur schools, fostering holistic development and showcasing their societal impact.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Tata Education Excellence Program (TEEP) recently held its ‘Outstanding Activity Club’ Award 2023-2024 at the Golmuri Club Auditorium, highlighting the exceptional work of student clubs from Jamshedpur schools.

Introduced in 2016, this unique initiative aims to encourage holistic student development through Activity Clubs.

A total of 23 clubs from 16 schools, including 14 English Medium and 2 Hindi Medium Schools, showcased their activities.

The event was graced by the presence of Sandhya Murthy, President, Tinplate Ladies Welfare Association, who lauded the hard work of the clubs.

A two-member jury, comprising Ashu Tiwary, Principal of Motilal Nehru Public School, and Dr. Renu Mahashabde, Educator, evaluated the presentations.

TEEP Executive Vidya Battiwalla opened the program with a welcome address and jury introduction, followed by the clubs’ presentations.

Winning clubs included KPS Burmamines’ Internet Club, Tarapore School Agrico’s Safe Club, and Kerala Samajam Model School’s Jyoti Club, among others.

The TEEP, established in 2003, is dedicated to improving education quality through a comprehensive approach, engaging schools in a year-long program based on the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence criteria.

This initiative reflects TEEP’s commitment to enhancing education standards and providing a platform for students to excel beyond academics.
