Gulmohur High School, in collaboration with Telco Club, introduces a dedicated Swimming Club, enhancing holistic student development.

JAMSHEDPUR – Gulmohur High School has officially inaugurated its Swimming Club, a collaborative venture with the Telco Club, marking a significant enhancement in extracurricular offerings for students.

Rakesh Sarangi, General Manager – Central Maintenance, graced the occasion as the chief guest, celebrating the club’s opening alongside the school and community members.

Sarangi’s vital contribution to the concept and realization of the Swimming Club was warmly acknowledged during the event.

The ceremony saw joint efforts by Sarangi and other dignitaries, signifying a community-wide support for the initiative.

Students, including enthusiastic Simran from class 6B, expressed their excitement about joining the club and its activities.

Principal Priti Sinha highlighted swimming’s comprehensive benefits, including its role in promoting physical health, mental well-being, and essential life skills.

The program is designed for students from class 2 to class 6, ensuring they receive expert training and supervision from both Telco Club and school faculty.

Parents attended informative sessions on swimming safety and guidelines, reinforcing the commitment to a secure learning environment.
