Two NCC Cadets from Jamshedpur Women’s University Selected for Republic Day Camp-2024

Anmol Pari Mishra and Kajal Sharma from Jamshedpur Women’s University to represent at the prestigious Republic Day Camp in Delhi.

JAMSHEDPUR – Anmol Pari Mishra and Kajal Sharma, two accomplished National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets from Jamshedpur Women’s University, have been selected for the esteemed Republic Day Camp-2024 in Delhi.

This significant achievement was acknowledged by Prof. (Dr.) Anjila Gupta, Vice Chancellor of the university, who praised the cadets and recognized the efforts of the NCC team.

Her congratulations extended to Colonel Vinay Ahuja, Commanding Officer of 37 Jharkhand Battalion, and Preeti, the NCC Caretaker Officer at the university, for their instrumental role in this accomplishment.

Anmol Pari Mishra, standing out as the Best Cadet from the Bihar and Jharkhand region, is the only female cadet to receive this honor, reflecting the high standards and dedication of Jamshedpur Women’s University’s NCC cadets.

Kajal Sharma, selected for her dedication and skills, showcases the exceptional capabilities of the university’s NCC contingent.

The Republic Day Camp-2024 in Delhi will host 2,274 cadets from across India, including 907 girls, for a month-long event.

Prof. Gupta emphasized the importance of the camp in promoting national integration and instilling values in cadets through cultural exchanges and rich traditions.

The participation of Mishra and Sharma in the Republic Day celebrations is a testament to the university’s commitment to nurturing leadership and excellence.

This event is a proud moment for Jamshedpur Women’s University, setting a benchmark for future NCC cadets and inspiring the university community.
