JAMSHEDPUR – The Jamshedpur Metropolitan unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party launched the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign on Monday in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call to promote the initiative nationwide. Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das inaugurated the drive by distributing national flags to party leaders and workers.
Das urged BJP members to reach every household with full dedication and inspire residents to hoist the national flag at their homes. He noted that Jamshedpur, being an industrial city, has nationalism deeply embedded in the hearts of its people.
He said that displaying the tricolour at homes reflects the spirit of patriotism. Referring to last year’s launch of the campaign under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, he called upon every party worker to contribute towards making the movement a success.
