A tragic fire accident in Jamshedpur’s Kanchannagar claims the life of 17-year-old I Kumari, causing grief in the community.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a heartbreaking incident, I Kumari, 17, succumbed to severe burn injuries late Monday night in Jamshedpur’s Kanchannagar.
The tragedy occurred nine days ago when Kumari was warming herself with firewood outside her home.
Her clothes accidentally caught fire, resulting in critical injuries.
Isha was immediately rushed to MGM Hospital for treatment, where she battled for her life for nine days.
The young girl’s untimely demise has left her family and community in deep mourning.
Her father recounted the horrific evening of December 17th when the accident happened.
Isha, a student at BPM College, was warming up after a bath when the flames engulfed her.
Following her death, the authorities conducted a post-mortem and released her body to the family for cremation.
The incident has raised concerns about fire safety during winter months in residential areas.
