JAMSHEDPUR – The Tata Steel Sport Climbing Championship 2024’s new website and "Aira," the competition’s mascot, marked a significant moment at the closing ceremony of the Asian Kids Sport Climbing Championship 2023 in Jamshedpur.

The event, spanning three days, has not only been a display of youthful vigor but also a beacon of inspiration for future climbers.

TSAF Sport Climbing Arena, a top-notch facility in India, provided an exceptional setting for young climbers to challenge themselves and reach unprecedented achievements.

This championship showcased the relentless spirit and resilience of the young athletes, who competed fiercely in Lead and Bouldering events in Youth C and Youth D categories.

Notable attendees included Ujjal Chakraborty, JCAPCPL’s Managing Director, Hemant Gupta, TSAF & Sports Academies Head, Rasip Inn, IFSC Asia’s General Secretary, Mukul Vinayak Choudhari from Tata Steel, and Sanjay Kr Singh, Chairman of the Sports Advisory Committee.

Their presence underscored the importance of the event in promoting sports among the youth.
