XLRI and SRIHER Join Forces to Enhance Healthcare Management Education

XLRI and Sri Ramachandra Institute join hands to offer academic programs in healthcare management, addressing the need for skilled professionals in the sector.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a significant collaboration, Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Management Sciences (SRFMS), part of Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER), Chennai, and XLRI- Xavier School of Management have signed a pact to jointly offer a range of academic and professional programs in healthcare management.

This partnership aims to cater to the increasing demand for skilled healthcare management professionals.

Both institutions bring a legacy of high-quality, impactful educational programs that shape well-rounded and responsible professionals.

The collaboration also focuses on joint research initiatives to tackle the emerging challenges in the healthcare sector.

SRIHER, established in 1985 as a medical college and later becoming a deemed university in 1994, offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medicine and healthcare sciences.

XLRI, currently celebrating its platinum jubilee year, pioneered full-time management programs in industrial welfare in 1953 and has been a leader in management education, including online programs since 2002.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in a private ceremony at the SRIHER campus by Dr. Fr. K.S. Casimir, Director of XLRI Delhi-NCR Campus, and Dr. Uma Sekar, Vice-Chancellor of SRIHER.
