Jugsalai MLA Advocates for Transforming Jamshedpur into Education Hub
Mangal Kalindi, Jugsalai MLA, urges transformation of Jamshedpur into an education hub during Zero Hour of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly’s monsoon session.
JAMSHEDPUR – During the Zero Hour of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly’s monsoon session, a significant proposal was put forth by Jugsalai MLA, Mangal Kalindi.
Addressing the Assembly, he proposed that Jamshedpur be developed as an education centre.
Kalindi expressed concern about the thousands of Jharkhand students who leave the state for higher studies in engineering, medicine, and other fields, after completing their 12th grade.
This exodus, he opined, results in a significant monetary loss to the state and leads to a brain drain.
Turning Jamshedpur into a hub of education, according to Kalindi, would not only help retain the intellectual capital within the state but also create job opportunities.
He emphasized that focusing on education is critical to prevent this loss of income and talent drain, as it would be a significant contribution to public welfare.
