DAV Gua Principal Dr. Manoj Kumar Retires with Cherished Farewell

Celebrating the accomplished career of retiring DAV Gua Principal, Dr. Manoj Kumar, marked by heartfelt tributes and warm goodbyes.

CHAIBASA – The lauded post-retirement term of DAV Gua’s Principal, Dr. Manoj Kumar, was commended by all, including DAV Institute New Delhi Director JP Sur, Regional Officer Jamshedpur OP Mishra, SAIL Management, and the Gua locals.

Significant improvements were evident during Dr. Kumar’s tenure at the school, where he leveraged his qualifications as a PhD holder and Senior Research Fellow (Scholar).

Education, according to Dr. Kumar, is the pillar of a prosperous future and earns individuals respect and recognition, a sentiment he highlighted in his heartfelt speech.

Committed to teaching moral values to children and delivering quality education, he leaves an indelible mark on DAV Gua.

Several faculty members including P K Acharya, Bhaskar Chandra Das, Arvind Kumar Sahu, and Shravan Kumar Pandey hailed Dr. Kumar as a fervent education advocate, expressing their appreciation for his pivotal role in the school’s progress.

An emotive farewell song rendered by senior instructor Anant Kumar Upadhyay added to the sentiments expressed by the school community during the ceremony.

Tributes poured in for the departing Principal, who was also treated to a dynamic dance performance by the students.

A commemorative shawl, a recognition letter, and a memento marked the end of his significant tenure, expressing the school’s gratitude for Dr. Kumar’s contributions.

Dr. Kumar’s family, including his wife Suman Pandey and their sons, engineers Kanishk and Kartik Pandey, were also honoured at the emotional farewell ceremony.
