The annual Sawan Mahotsav, an event to highlight women’s talents, was celebrated in Jamshedpur with great enthusiasm.
JAMSHEDPUR – Under the sponsorship of Nari Shakti, a women’s organisation, Jamshedpur hosted the Sawan Mahotsav.
The event witnessed an impressive gathering of ladies, many of whom were clad in green attire, dancing in celebration of Sawan.
All the distinguished guests were honoured at the event, and the chief guest was Dr. Vineeta Sahay, a renowned female doctor.
A series of dances, based on the theme of Sawan Mahotsav, were performed by women, adding to the lively atmosphere.
Aparna Guha, Chairperson of the organising committee, stated that such events are held every year.
She said that the main objective of the Sawan Mahotsav is to bring out the hidden talents in women and showcase them to a broader audience.
The celebration was a grand success, reflecting the spirit and talents of the women in Jamshedpur.
