JAMSHEDPUR – The initiative EK PAHAL, which represents R K Behera’s, Chairman of the RSB Group, dedication to empowering and uplifting women in all walks of life, was celebrated by RSB Transmissions, a renowned company in the automotive industry.

This effort kept moving forward thanks to his unwavering support and encouragement.

Nirmala Behera, the RSB Group’s Executive Director of Human Resources, led the EK PAHAL Annual Day celebration, hosting several seminars on the programme’s four pillars: community service, safety, learning and development, and health and hygiene.

In her remarks, she emphasized, "The goal is not just to empower women but also to create a safer and more caring environment for them to thrive."
