TWU School Jamshedpur Learns E-Waste Management from Inner Wheel Club

Inner Wheel Club and Hulladek Recycling organize an e-waste awareness campaign for students at Tata Workers Union High School.

JAMSHEDPUR – An enlightening e-waste awareness campaign was held for the students of Tata Workers Union High School in Kadma. The event was organized by the Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur West in collaboration with Hulladek Recycling Pvt Ltd, a company specializing in e-waste management.

Pritha, a representative from Hulladek, explained the operations of the company and the recycling processes for e-waste during the event. This helped the students understand the importance of recycling electronic waste, including outdated TVs, phones, laptops, among others.

Club members led by example, collecting e-waste from the participants to promote responsible disposal methods. Babita Kedia, the president of the Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur West, extended her gratitude to the officials from Hulladek for their valuable contribution.

The program witnessed the presence of 100 enthusiastic students from the school, along with faculty members. District ISO Nibha Mishra, Vice President Sanobar Hasan, Ex-President Urvashi Verma, and Purabi Ghosh also graced the occasion.
