Certificate Issuance Campaign: DC Mandates Certification for All District Residents

District Admn calls for thorough documentation, mandating the issuance of birth and death certificates for every resident in the district, living or deceased.

JAMSHEDPUR – In an important administrative move, NEP Director Jyotsna Singh, in a video conference on Tuesday, held a meeting with several officials including the District Panchayat Raj Officer, DPM Zilla Parishad, all chiefs, Panchayat Secretary, Block Coordinator (Panchayat), and Junior Engineer, amongst others.

A critical point of discussion was the absolute necessity for documentation of all inhabitants, with special attention given to Sabar Tola and all other Panchayat-administered regions.

The task, which is vast in nature, will require assistance from JSLPS, BLO, and Anganwadi programme employees.

Along with this, the conference touched upon an essential health care initiative by the Jharkhand government.

The initiative, aimed at improving health care in rural panchayats, invites applications from educated unemployed youth to operate pharmacies in these areas.

The district administrators have been issued special instructions for the same.

Following the directive, the Deputy Commissioner office has ensured that every individual, living or deceased, in the district, will have birth and death certificates issued.
