East Singhbhum’s Youth Leadership Workshop by Jantantrik Mahasabha Concludes Successfully
Jharkhand Jantantrik Mahasabha held a workshop on youth leadership development in East Singhbhum district, fostering young leaders for a brighter future.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Manav Vikas School in Hurlung hosted an influential district-level youth leadership workshop today, organized by the Jharkhand Jantantrik Mahasabha.
The workshop aimed at nurturing young talents and inspiring them to step into the political arena.
Internationally acclaimed mentor Chandreshwar Khan led the workshop, imparting valuable lessons on leadership.
Initiating the session with the motivational song "Itni shakti hame dena daata…", Krishna Lohar set an inspiring tone for the event.
Chandreshwar Khan stressed the importance of attention towards the youth, drawing a parallel between their development and environmental conservation.
He highlighted the unfortunate discrepancy between the public’s desire for clean, honest, hard working leaders, and the reality of political leadership today.
Mahasabha representatives Deepak Ranjit and Krishna Lohar shed light on the adverse perception of the term "leadership," often associated with wrongdoing.
To challenge this stereotype, the Jharkhand Jantantrik Mahasabha has proposed block-level youth leadership workshops aiming to bring the youth into active politics and fostering their hidden talent.
The event witnessed the presence of Krishna Lohar, Motilal Lohar, Deepak Ranjit, Vishnu Gope, Chhotu Soren, Bharat Prashad Chowdhary, Anom Bhandari, Chhutu Karmakar, Laxman Lohar, Sagar Singh, Deepak Kumar Hembram, Sagar Pal, Somnath Padiya, Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, Diku Melgandi, Ramesh Melgandi, Suresh Karmakar among others.
