Baridih MLA Saryu Roy’s Office to Host Rudrabhishek on Sawan’s First Day
As a part of the Ramarcha Puja rituals, Rudrabhishek, a ceremonial offering to Lord Shiva, will be conducted at the office of Baridih MLA Saryu Roy, signaling the commencement of the auspicious Hindu month, Sawan.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a succession to the Ramarcha Puja held in MLA Saryu Roy’s office, the first day of Sawan, July 4, will witness the conduct of Rudrabhishek, a ceremonial offering to Lord Shiva.
Prasad distribution will commence from 12:30 pm and continue until 11 pm, allowing devotees ample time to participate in the holy offerings.
The previous day saw a significant religious gathering at the same venue, with the organization of the Ramarcha Puja.
More than 150 people, including women, party workers, and supporters of the BJM, participated in the religious ceremony.
Led by priests including Gauri Kanth Thakur, Vinod Pandey, and Dhanji Pandey, the Puja worshiped 33 deities, including Lord Rama and his family.
The event concluded with Havan, a sacred fire ritual, wrapping up at 4:30 pm.
The religious program saw a robust attendance of workers, supporters, and devotees from the BJM party, signifying the unity and spiritual strength of the community.
Notably, the Ramarcha Puja holds significant importance in the community, believed to alleviate all kinds of suffering and fulfill the four essential goals of life – Artha (wealth), Dharma (righteousness), Kama (desires), and Moksha (liberation).
The first day of the religious event, primarily hosted by MLA Saryu Roy, was held at his office in Baridih and was attended by hundreds of people from different areas of Bihar and Jharkhand.
