JAMSHEDPUR – Amidst the fervent preparations for the Pran Pratishtha of Maa Tara’s statue at Chhath Ghat in Telco, Jamshedpur, Premnagar, MLA Saryu Roy took a moment to extend a helping hand to a citizen in need.
Upon learning about the mobility struggles faced by Mahavir Rai, a resident of Mahanand Basti, from his party workers, MLA Saryu Roy swiftly arranged for a mobile wheelchair to be donated to the physically challenged man.
The heartfelt gesture brought immense happiness to Roy and his family, with the recipient expressing his gratitude and determination to start walking within a matter of days.
The MLA’s office in-charge Ashok Kumar, along with Naveen Kumar, Karandeep Singh, Golden Pandey, Ronit, and family members, were present during the emotional interaction.
Maa Tara Statue Pran Pratishtha Preparations in Full Swing
The city of Jamshedpur is gearing up for the highly anticipated Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Maa Tara’s statue, scheduled to take place on June 6 at the Chhath Ghat in Telco, Premnagar.
Locals are actively involved in the preparations, with MLA Saryu Roy personally inspecting the Prem Nagar Chhath Ghat on Sunday to ensure everything is in order for the grand event.
The preliminary rituals have commenced, with the distribution of sacred kalashes at the Chhath Ghat.
These kalashes will be an integral part of the Kalash Yatra on Monday, during which devotees will collect holy water from the river at Domukhani.
The Mandap Poojan is slated for June 4, followed by the consecration of Maa Tara’s statue on June 5.
The pinnacle of the festivities will be the Pran Pratishtha on June 6, where the divine spirit will be invoked into the statue amidst fervent prayers and rituals.
As Jamshedpur prepares for this spiritual celebration, the community stands united in their devotion and eagerness to partake in the sacred ceremony.
