Senior Teacher Nagashree Samad Retires from CP Samiti Middle School
Nagashree Samad, a senior teacher at CP Samiti Middle School, Kebulbasti, retires after 29 years of service. The school honours her dedication with a farewell ceremony.
JAMSHEDPUR – Nagashree Samad, a senior teacher of CP Samiti Middle School, Kebulbasti, retired at the end of June.
On her last working day, the school management committee, teachers, and students organized a farewell ceremony in her honour at the school auditorium.
The ceremony began with the lighting of a lamp before the image of Mata Saraswati, the school’s guardian.
Khemlal Chaudhary, Dinesh Kumar, and in-charge Principal Amit Kumar Singh officiated the inauguration.
Dinesh Kumar, the president of the school, praised Samad for her talent, education, love, attractiveness, cooperation, encouragement, and responsibility.
Samad has served the school for 29 years and is known for these qualities.
Khemlal Chaudhary, the school patron, stated that Samad joined the school in 1994 and was well-loved by everyone due to her sweet speech, sociable nature, and teaching methods.
Her absence would create a void that could not be filled quickly.
Nagashree Samad expressed her gratitude for the affection she received from the school and considered her 29 years of service as precious.
The school management committee honoured her with a memento, shawl, umbrella, and trolley bags, wishing her a bright future.
Teachers and students also presented her with gifts, and the students performed theatrical and cultural programs during the ceremony.
The event was attended by Samad’s family, including her son Chandrashekhar Samad, and her niece and nephew.
The ceremony was successfully conducted by teacher Gurupado Gop, and the vote of thanks was given by the in-charge headmaster, Amit Kumar Singh.
Teachers Rekha Kumari and Suman Singh gave farewell speeches and songs in honour of Nagashree Samad.
