300 Units of Blood Collected at Tata Steel Foundation’s Urban Services Blood Donation Camp
Urban Services, a Tata Steel Foundation initiative, organized a successful blood donation camp at the Jamshedpur Blood Centre.
JAMSHEDPUR – Urban Services, under the aegis of Tata Steel Foundation, organized a blood donation camp at the Jamshedpur Blood Centre.
Community members from across the city, representing 12 Community Centres, showed up in large numbers to donate blood for this noble cause.
Urban Services had conducted numerous awareness sessions in the bustling districts of Jamshedpur, inspiring men and women alike to donate blood. The camp collected a total of 300 units of blood.
Anurag Agnihotri, Chief One IT E&P, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. During interactions with the donors, he motivated them to continue donating blood regularly.
The Senior Manager of Community Engagement, Manju Mishra, along with her team of Area Officers – Suman Mitra, Surya Shakti Sinha, and Deepa Paul, worked diligently to ensure the event’s success.
Om Prakash Sharma, a Union Committee Member, extended his support by motivating the employees of Corporate Services JDC to participate in the camp.
