World Yoga Day Celebrated at Kashidih High School, Jamshedpur with Virtual Student Participation

Kashidih High School marks World Yoga Day with teachers performing yoga in-campus while students joined online, highlighting yoga’s physical and mental benefits.

JAMSHEDPUR – Yoga Day was celebrated in the campus of Kashidih High School at 6:45 am on June 21.

On this auspicious occasion, all the teachers performed yoga for 45 minutes in the school premises under the guidance of yoga teacher Rakhi.

Students, while not present physically, actively participated in this event via an online link, contributing to the success of the event.

Teacher Shahbanul, Teacher Anita, and Teacher Tumpa, alongside Yoga teacher Rakhi, were instrumental in making this program a resounding success.

The yoga session infused a new wave of energy into everyone’s bodies.

Students were educated about the physical and mental benefits of regular yoga practice by their teachers.

Present on this occasion were School Principal Mr. Francis Joseph, Co-Principal Mr. Rakesh Pandey, Junior Co-ordinator Mrs. Rita Mishra, and all the school teachers.
