Patanjali Trained Yoga Teachers Conduct Mass Yoga Practice in Jamshedpur Schools
"100 Day Countdown Campaign" organized in preparation for International Yoga Day 2024
JAMSHEDPUR – Patanjali trained yoga teachers organized mass yoga practice programs in various schools and locations across Jamshedpur as part of the "100 Day Countdown Campaign" in preparation for International Yoga Day 2024.
The event was jointly organized by the World Vision Foundation, Indian Yoga Association, Jharkhand, and Ramakrishna Mission English School Sidagoda.
Simultaneously, from 6:30 am to 7:30 am, mass yoga practice sessions were conducted at multiple venues.
At Lady Inder Singh Vidyalaya Telco, Ajay Verma led the yoga session, while Narendra Kumar conducted the practice at the Community Center Sopodera.
Ravi Nandan, Dev Shankar, and Suman Kumari guided participants at Vivekananda English School Sakchi.
Babita Devi and Vipin Kumar led the yoga exercises at Sidagoda Sun Temple, and Ashutosh Kumar Jha and Manoj Srivastava conducted the session at Sister Nivedita English High School, Burmamines.
Teachers from various schools, children, and members of the community participated enthusiastically in the program.
Krishna Kumar, the district in-charge of Patanjali Yoga Samiti, East Singhbhum, coordinated the event across all locations.
The "100 Day Countdown Campaign" aims to promote yoga and raise awareness about its benefits in the lead-up to International Yoga Day 2024.
The involvement of Patanjali trained yoga teachers ensures that participants receive proper guidance and instruction in performing yoga asanas and techniques.
The mass yoga practice sessions not only promote physical and mental well-being but also foster a sense of community and unity among the participants.
