JAMSHEDPUR – A children’s fair was held in Jamshedpur to promote fitness and rights awareness at Sidhgora.

The Swarnrekha Area Development Trust organized Bal Mela 2024. Nature Foundation joined as co-organizer. Meanwhile, election code limited festivities to one day.

Children’s Day celebrations span November 14 and 20. Moreover, past Bal Melas attracted thousands of participants.

Olympian Bhupinder Singh shared his Commonwealth Games medals story. Furthermore, he encouraged youngsters to practice regularly.

The UN established World Children’s Day in 1954. India adopted child rights in 1992. However, POCSO Act strengthened protection in 2005.

Former Olympian NC Dev recalled his 1959 Asian Games victory. He achieved three national records. Moreover, he inspired children to practice.

Lions Club Chairperson emphasized balanced development. Meanwhile, Sidhgora park offers modern sports facilities.

Jamshedpur runs twenty active children’s development programs. Besides, local schools participate in monthly sports events.

Ashok Goyal and Ashutosh Roy welcomed the guests. Furthermore, Sudhir Singh coordinated the activities.

Rikendu Ranjan and Rajesh Sinha managed event logistics. Meanwhile, Shyam Kumar Sharma hosted the program.
