Regular Inspections to Be Implemented at Kolhan’s MGM Hospital
Kolhan’s largest government-run MGM Hospital will now undergo regular inspections, with daily reports sent directly to the Deputy Commissioner.
JAMSHEDPUR – In an effort to maintain the highest standards of service and facilities, a regular inspection initiative has been implemented at Kolhan’s largest government-run hospital, MGM Hospital.
To facilitate this, office bearers will be appointed for the hospital every day, and a checklist has been prepared for these individuals to monitor during the inspection.
The results of these daily inspections will be reported directly to the Deputy Commissioner. This new initiative will ensure a consistent, high level of service for all patients, as well as optimal operation of hospital facilities and procedures.
On Monday, the City Manager of the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee, Christina Kachhap, conducted an inspection of the hospital. During her visit, she checked medicines, food, clothing, cleanliness, toilets, the maintenance of machines, and security arrangements. She also evaluated the condition of the medical staff and interacted with both patients and attendants.
