Roadblock by Fusro Vyavsayik Sangh sees Bokaro groom switching to motorcycle to make it to his wedding on time, viral on social media.
BOKARO – A bridegroom from Bermo in Bokaro found himself in a sticky situation when he, along with his wedding party, was trapped in an unforeseen traffic jam.
In a race against time, the groom had to abandon his wedding procession and instead ride on a motorcycle to his wedding venue, ensuring he didn’t miss the auspicious time for the ceremony.
This traffic standstill was due to a roadblock movement organized by the Fusro Vyavsayik Sangh, who were protesting against the frequent power cuts.
Consequently, the roads were blocked at various places leading to long queues of vehicles stranded on both sides of the road.
Among the trapped was the groom’s procession, delayed for a considerable duration. But as the clock ticked and the auspicious time for the marriage neared, the decision was made for the groom to proceed on a motorcycle.
A photograph capturing this unique incident swiftly went viral on social media platforms, highlighting the groom’s urgency and desperation to escape the traffic gridlock and reach his bride.
