83 Villagers Benefit From Project Positive Health Initiative

JAMSHEDPUR – Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West conducted a Project Positive Health and Dental Camp in Murgaguttu village on August 17, 2025, extending essential healthcare services to the rural community.
A total of 83 beneficiaries availed themselves of the medical facilities. The village has been adopted by the Rotary Club to promote holistic development, including the establishment of a school for education and periodic health programs.
The health camp was led by Dr. Ajay Kumar, a physician, and Dr. Salakha Kumari, a dental specialist. The medical team carried out examinations including body weight, height, blood sugar, and blood pressure. Patients received free medicines as per their medical needs.
Active participation from Rotarians marked the event. Among those present were PP Rtn. Anjani Sahay, Secretary Rtn. Naman Agrawal, Rtn. Vinita Jha, Rtn. Sanjeev Sehgal, Rtn. Anupama Sehgal, Rtn. Kamal Gupta, Rtn. Dhruv Agrawal, Dr. Salakha Kumari, Rtn. Rajeev Rungta, Dr. Shraddha Rungta, as well as Rotaractors Kumar Tejaswi and Syed Alafia Ali from Rotaract Club of Jamshedpur Sewarth. Avinash Agrawal also contributed significantly to the program’s success.
