Ranchi Shaken by Daylight Murder: Young Woman Shot, Police Launch Manhunt

A young woman was fatally shot in Ranchi’s bustling Argora Chowk, leading to an intense manhunt by police to catch the perpetrators.

Ranchi – A chilling incident occurred in Ranchi’s Argora Chowk, where a young woman was shot and fatally wounded in broad daylight.

The incident took place in front of Patel Park, one of the busiest areas of the city.

Upon receiving the distress call, officers from the Argora police station rushed to the scene.

The critically injured woman was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, but unfortunately, she could not be saved.

A bullet casing, a significant piece of evidence, was found at the scene.

According to City SP Sudhanshu Jain, the police have initiated immediate action to solve this horrific crime.

The perpetrators, described as bike-riding criminals, managed to escape the scene shortly after the incident.

The victim, who was a resident of Nawada and living in a local hostel, has yet to be publicly identified. As the city reels from this brutal crime, the community awaits justice for the young woman.
