Robson alleges abuse at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Safechuck alleges repeated calls and sexual abuse at the age of nine.
Lawsuits were initially filed against MJJ Productions and Ventures in 2013 and 2014.
In 2017, the statute of limitations expired, but California law in 2020 extended it for child abuse victims.
The Los Angeles court dismissed the lawsuits in 2021, but the California appeals court overturned it.
The court ruled that a corporation owned by the criminal must protect minors.
While attorneys are delighted with the court’s ruling and anticipate a merits trial, the Jackson estate counsel continues to deny Jackson’s guilt.
Los Angeles jury trials for Jackson’s cases are underway.
Jackson had also been accused of molesting crew members in the early 2000s.
Two other men may file suits for sexual abuse by Jackson as children.
