Padma Shri Chutni Mahto Suffers Paralysis Attack, Under Treatment

Activist And Padma Shri Awardee Chutni Mahto suffers paralysis attack; Minister Champai Soren & JMM Leader Dr. Shubhendu Mahato Extend Medical Help.

Jamshedpur – Padma Shri Awardee Chutni Mahto, a dedicated activist working towards the eradication of witchcraft, has suffered a paralysis attack Tuesday, which has affected part of her face.

Chutni Mahto is a resident of Birbans village in the Gamharia block of Seraikela-Kharsawan district.

Upon receiving news of the attack, representative of Minister Champai Soren and JMM President Dr. Shubhendu Mahato visited Chutni’s home and made arrangements for her treatment.

Dr. Shubhendu Mahato also informed that discussions have taken place with District DC Arva Rajkamal on this matter, thanks to Minister Champai Soren’s initiative.

Chutni Mahto is scheduled to be admitted to TMH (Tata Main Hospital) on Wednesday for further medical attention.

It was discovered that Chutni Mahto had experienced a paralysis attack when her son noticed her face.
