B.Ed Students in Jamshedpur Demand Better Schools, Facilities for Internship

Jamshedpur: Students from various B.Ed colleges in Jamshedpur gathered at the East Singhbhum District Deputy Commissioner’s Office to voice their concerns and seek a solution to their problems relating to internship. They highlighted the challenges they faced during their internships and demanded better facilities for their training.

According to the students, the internship is an essential part of their B.Ed course, but the schools where they are assigned for their internship are often located far away from their residence.

This makes it difficult for them to travel and teach the students, as it consumes a significant amount of time.

Moreover, some of the schools are not suitable for girl students to carry out their internships.

The students urged the authorities to assign schools that are situated at a shorter distance from their residences, so that they do not face any difficulties during their internship.

They emphasized the need for better facilities and resources for both the internship students and the school students.

The students also highlighted other issues they faced, such as a lack of resources in schools and insufficient support from the school authorities.

They demanded better facilities and resources for schools to provide a better learning experience for both students and trainee teachers.

The Deputy Commissioner listened to the concerns raised by the students and assured them that necessary steps would be taken to address their problems.
