Hindu leader Bhairav Singh visited BJP leader Abhay Singh, who is in Ghaghidih jail, and accused the state government of petty politics and harassment.
JAMSHEDPUR – Hindu leader Bhairav Singh visited BJP leader Abhay Singh in Ghaghidih Jail, accusing the state government of indulging in petty politics by targeting Singh and his supporters.
Abhay Singh, a key accused in the Shastri Nagar violence case after the Ram Navami festival, was granted bail in this case and the Jugsalai case a few days ago, but remains in jail due to other pending cases.
Bhairav Singh, after meeting Abhay Singh, held a press conference where he criticized the government’s approach.
He alleged that the police, under the government’s direction, are harassing those defending Sanatan Dharma.
Singh claimed the government’s focus should be on more serious issues, like the rampant incidents of rape and murder, rather than targeting defenders of Sanatan Dharma.
Bhairav Singh warned that the state government would be held accountable for any adverse outcomes that may arise from this alleged harassment.
