SP holds crime meeting, issues instructions to monitor social media

Jamshedpur: The Seraikela-Kharsawan SP Anand Prakash held a crime meeting Monday with all the police officers heading different police stations of the district.

In the crime meeting held in the SP office, all the circle inspectors, in addition to the police station heads, Dy SP and the Chandil SDPO Sanjay Singh were also present.

The SP reviewed the pending cases in different police station areas of the district.

He directed the concerned SHOs to complete the investigation work at the earliest.

SP Anand Prakash directed the officers to keep a special watch on the rioters, rioters and social media on Dussehra festival.

He also directed special patrols on Dussehra.

The SP also listened to the problems of the police personnel and assured them that their problems would be solved.

Necessary guidelines were given regarding crime control.

During the crime meeting, SP Anand Prakash while giving instructions to the police station heads said that special care should be taken to ensure that crime does not happen in the area. He asked them to treat the complainants who come to the police station with respect.

At the same time, he said that strict action should be taken against the SHO who was negligent in crime control.

He also talked about rewarding the police officers who have done better work.

He said that if all the police stations patrol properly in their respective police station areas, then the incidents of theft would be curbed.

The Superintendent of Police asked all the police officers to run a massive campaign against road accidents and drug abuse.

The SP asked the officers to get the pending complaints investigated within the time limit and submit the report.

The officers have been asked by the Superintendent of Police from time to time to carry out surprise checks of the police stations, check posts and submit reports, so that better discipline is ensured.

For the pending cases, a list of absconding accused was prepared and instructions were given for their arrest.

Along with this, the officers were also directed to complete the investigation in the pending cases at a fast pace and to execute the cases in a proper manner.
