AJSU party to gherao CM residence on Aug 8 for 27% reservation to BCs

AJSU Party has announced that it would gherao CM residence on Aug 8 for 27% reservation for backward castes in the state.

Jamshedpur: AJSU Party held a meeting at Nirmal Guest House. In the meeting held on Friday under the leadership of the district president, the party’s principal general secretary and former MLA Ramchandra Sahis was also present.

The programme was conducted by the District Spokesperson of the party, Sanjay Singh while the vote of thanks was proposed by Chandreshwar Pandey.

In the meeting, the party’s Principal General Secretary Ramchandra Sahis saidd that on September 8, armed with 5000 memorandums from the entire district, 200 central, district, city and block office-bearers of the party will gherao the Chief Minister’s residence and hand over the memorandums to him.

For this, all the leaders from 11 blocks and Jamshedpur city will leave for Ranchi en masse.

The meeting resolved to raise the demand of 27% reservation for backwards strongly before the government.

In the meeting, the party’s district president Kanhaiya Singh said that people are supporting the pro-people policies of AJSU Party and its leader Sudesh Mahto.

He said that the party would continue to gorw. He advised party workers to take the ideology of the party to the people.

Those who attended the meeting included Ramchandra Sahis, Kanhaiya Singh, Swapna Kumar Singhdev, Chandragupta Singh, Sagen Hansda, Bullu Rani Singh Sardar, Budheshwar Murmu, Aarti Samad, Deepak Agarwal, Sudha Rani Besra, Shyam Krishna Murmu, Sanjay Malakar, Santosh Singh, Kamlesh Dubey, Pramod Singh , Van Bihari Mahto, Sanjay Singh, Appu Tiwari, Hemant Pathak, Samresh Singh, Dharambir Singh, Dhanesh Karmakar and others.
