JAMSHEDPUR – Police have solved the December 7 theft reported from a residence in Sitaramdera after arresting four suspects linked to the incident.
The burglary occurred at the home of Amit Solanki in Sitaramdera. Unknown intruders had taken gold and silver ornaments.
However, police traced the case quickly and detained Alok Mukhi first.
Investigators, on the other hand, learned that his sister Jyoti Mukhi and her husband Dheeraj Tanti were also involved. Both were taken into custody.
Moreover, the team found that the stolen jewelry had been purchased by Sunil Kumar Prasad.
He was arrested soon after. Police have said that all four suspects are now in judicial custody.
In addition, officials stated that the entire stolen property has been recovered.
A source said, “Swift coordination helped the team close the case.”
Meanwhile, officials added that the arrests resulted from active surveillance and rapid field inquiry.

Other linked incidents include a death over theft suspicion and a solar-system theft.
