Sitaramdera Police Arrest Five for Theft and Robbery
Suspects linked to multiple crimes including mobile theft and temple donation box robbery

JAMSHEDPUR – Sitaramdera police have apprehended five youths involved in multiple theft and robbery cases across the area.
The arrested individuals include Akash Sardar alias Dugout and Kunal Munda alias Chhilla from Bhuyandih.
Moreover, Rohit Gorai alias Chhotu from Old Sitaramdera, Krishna Pandya alias Gabru, and Kartik Sandil were also nabbed.
Akash Sardar and Kunal Munda were involved in a July 17 robbery in Bhuyandih Nirmal Nagar.
Furthermore, they had assaulted Prashant Kumar Singh and stolen his mobile phone, ₹3000, and a gold ring.
The stolen mobile phone was recovered based on information provided by the arrested duo.
Meanwhile, Rohit Gorai was caught on September 22 near Sitaramdera Kuan Maidan with a stolen bike.
Additionally, Gorai was linked to the theft of a donation box from Bhalubasa Joda Temple on August 10.
His accomplices, Kartik Sandil and Krishna Pandya, were subsequently arrested in connection with the temple theft.
Police recovered ₹1562 from the arrested youths linked to the temple donation box theft.
On the other hand, Akash Sardar and Kunal Munda were identified as habitual offenders with previous jail terms.
The robbery victim, Prashant Kumar Singh, works at PNM Mall and was returning home when the incident occurred.
CCTV footage from around the crime scene had captured images of the suspects.
In conclusion, all arrested individuals have been sent to judicial custody following interrogation.
