Key Points:

- Santhal politics and state issues reviewed in detail
- Leaders focus on unity and election preparations
DEOGHAR – Senior BJP leaders assembled in Deoghar to review political trends and refine organisational plans ahead of the coming polls.
JP Nadda interacted with party workers soon after reaching the city, while former chief ministers Champai Soren, Arjun Munda and Babulal Marandi joined him for extended discussions. Moreover, state minister Ganesh Mishra also took part in the session, adding depth to the review process.
The leaders examined recent shifts in Santhal political patterns and assessed broader state conditions. However, they emphasised tighter coordination across districts and improved booth-level operations to strengthen the party’s field strategy.
A source present at the meeting said the discussions aimed at clarity on campaign roles and messaging. “A structured roadmap can strengthen local outreach,” the source added, highlighting the need for sharper communication. Besides, leaders analysed earlier feedback from ground teams to close organisational gaps.
They also reviewed previous programmes, including references to star campaigners and past remarks made during Khunti events. In addition, leaders considered insights gained from membership drives and reviewed plans linked to the first candidate list as well as the full poll roster declared earlier.
Regional discussions also carried implications for Jamshedpur, as strategic adjustments in one zone affect outreach patterns across the state.
