Late Ramdas Soren’s Son Receives Warm Welcome in Jamshedpur

JAMSHEDPUR – Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has nominated Somesh Soren, son of late Ramdas Soren, as its candidate for the upcoming Ghatshila by-election.

Somesh Soren arrived in Jamshedpur after his candidature was announced. Party workers and leaders gave him an enthusiastic welcome. He was accompanied by his mother throughout the visit.

The candidate proceeded to the memorial of late Sudhir Mahato. The memorial is located at Kadam in Jamshedpur. Moreover, Somesh Soren paid his respects at the site.

“I will complete my father’s unfinished work,” he said. The statement came during his visit to the memorial. He acknowledged the responsibility bestowed upon him by JMM.

Furthermore, Somesh Soren expressed confidence in the party’s prospects. “The people of Ghatshila will bless us with love,” he stated. He believes voters will ensure victory in the by-election.

The candidate emphasized strengthening the JMM government. He thanked the party for entrusting him with this responsibility. On the other hand, he sought blessings from supporters present.

The Ghatshila seat fell vacant following Ramdas Soren’s demise. JMM has chosen to field his son for continuity. In addition, the party hopes to retain the constituency.

Party workers demonstrated strong support during the Jamshedpur reception. Local leaders organized the welcome program at multiple locations. Besides, they pledged full backing for the campaign ahead.
