Annual ceremony marks start of preparations for September Ganpati Puja Mahotsav
Shri Bala Ganpati Vilas conducted its annual Bhumi Pujan, initiating preparations for the upcoming Bala Ganpati Puja Mahotsav in September.
JAMSHEDPUR – Shri Bala Ganpati Vilas held its annual Bhumi Pujan ceremony on August 11, 2024, marking the beginning of preparations for the Bala Ganpati Puja Mahotsav scheduled for September 7, 2024.
Former Jharkhand Government IG Rajeev Ranjan Singh attended as the chief guest, alongside special guest R K Sinha, a prominent Jamshedpur social worker.
The event saw participation from various community organizations, including ADL Society, Andhra Association, and Jharkhand Shriwari Seva Dal.
Notable attendees included Ishwar Rao, NVR Murthy, Major Satyanarayan, and C Ganesh Rao, among others.
Key members of Shri Bala Vilas, including President YK Shami and Advisor BB Anand Rao, were present at the ceremony.
The Bhumi Pujan ceremony commenced at 8:30 AM, setting the stage for the upcoming festivities.
This year’s Sri Sri Ganesh Puja Mahotsavam and fair will be celebrated from September 7 to September 22, 2024.
The event showcased the community’s enthusiasm and commitment to preserving cultural traditions.
Representatives from Andhra Shri Ram Mandiram also participated, highlighting the inclusive nature of the celebration.
The ceremony’s success sets a positive tone for the grand Ganpati Puja Mahotsav in September.
