JAMSHEDPUR – Four travel operators have launched daily sleeper bus services from Jamshedpur to Prayagraj.

The new bus services operate from Jai Prakash Narayan Bus Terminal in Bhuiyandih. Meanwhile, Singh Travels, Rajdhani Travels, Arzoo Travels, and Nataraj Travels run these services.

The journey takes approximately 13 hours to complete. Moreover, the buses follow a route through major cities including Ranchi and Varanasi.

Passengers can book their tickets through multiple channels. However, the RedBus portal offers the most convenient booking option.

Pricing and Schedule

The fare structure varies based on seating preferences. Meanwhile, lower sleeper berths cost Rs 1,750 per ticket.

Upper sleeper accommodations are priced at Rs 1,650. Moreover, regular seats are available at Rs 1,450.

The return journey starts from Baika Bagh Labor Chowk. Furthermore, buses depart Prayagraj at 4:30 PM daily.

Growing Demand

Transport operators report increasing passenger numbers. On the other hand, local authorities maintain smooth operations.

The services aim to facilitate pilgrimage during Maha Kumbh 2025. Moreover, experts predict significant pilgrim traffic increase.

The buses reach Prayagraj by 8 AM. Meanwhile, return buses arrive in Jamshedpur around 6 AM.
