GALUDIHA – The Regional Research Center at Darisai hosted a district-level farmers’ fair and agricultural exhibition organized by ATMA on Saturday.

Education Minister Ramdas Soren inaugurated the event alongside senior agriculture officials. Farmers from various blocks participated with displays.

Government Initiatives

The state government aims to improve irrigation access. “We’re working to ensure water reaches every farmer’s field,” Minister Soren stated.

Meanwhile, officials highlighted subsidized farm equipment schemes. The agriculture department is promoting scientific farming methods.

Training and Development

The minister called for transparency in training programs. Moreover, he emphasized the importance of practical implementation.

Furthermore, District Agriculture Officer Vivek Biruwa advised farmers on seasonal techniques. The event featured demonstrations of modern farming technologies.

Exhibition Highlights

Farmers displayed vegetables, fruits, and poultry products. Additionally, eleven departmental stalls showcased various agricultural programs.

On the other hand, officials conducted thorough inspections of the exhibits. The fair aimed to inspire more people toward farming.
