JAMSHEDPUR – Preparations for the much-anticipated Dahre Tusu Parab 2025 have been finalized. This grand festival will stretch from Dimna to Sakchi’s Ambagan grounds, celebrating the vibrant culture and traditions of Jharkhand.

Diverse Cultural Performances

The festival will feature captivating performances by Chhau dance teams from Bodam, Patamda, Ghatshila, and Banduan in West Bengal. Additionally, Tusu dance teams from Dhanbad, Bokaro, and Bengal’s Jungle Mahal, along with horse dance groups from Bodam, will take center stage. Jhumur and Tusu artists from Medinipur, Purulia, Jhargram, and other regions are also set to mesmerize the audience.

Massive Participation Anticipated

Organizers expect participation from across greater Jharkhand, with over one lakh attendees projected. Highlighting the event’s scale, 300 volunteers in white T-shirts with “Viraj Jharkhand Kala Sanskriti Manch” will assist in maintaining order. Water arrangements will be made at Dimna, Sonko Sai, Mango, and Ambagan for participants.

Support from Administration

Deepak Ranjit, representing the organizing committee, shared that special arrangements for food will be made for visiting artists at Dimna. The district administration has been requested to restrict heavy vehicle entry to ensure smooth traffic flow during the event.
