JAMSHEDPUR – A groundbreaking book authored by 43 students from 25 Jamshedpur schools highlighting environmental awareness was launched by city officials and Tata Steel UISL.
The book “Swachhta Samvaad” emerged from an extensive city-wide essay competition. Students shared their perspectives on cleanliness and environmental protection.
Moreover, the initiative received tremendous response with over 3,000 student participants. The enthusiasm demonstrated growing environmental consciousness among youth.
Creative Development Process
The selected students underwent specialized creative writing training. Furthermore, expert guidance was provided by Deepali Raina of Potli Productions.
Meanwhile, the project aligned perfectly with national Swachh Bharat Mission goals. The stories focused on local environmental challenges and solutions.
Leadership Support
Deputy Municipal Commissioner Krishna Kumar graced the launch event. Additionally, Tata Steel UISL General Manager Rabindra Kumar Singh showed strong support.
“This initiative nurtures both creative expression and environmental responsibility,” remarked a local educator. The project is expected to inspire similar youth-led environmental programs.
