JAMSHEDPUR – On Sunday, December 15, a Sankul Level Teacher Conference was organized at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Bagbera. The event was inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony and floral tribute to Bharat Mata and Goddess Saraswati by chief guest Dr. Amar Singh, Principal of Jamshedpur Cooperative College, and other distinguished guests.
Special guests included RSS Department Promoter Satya Prakash, Vidya Vikas Samiti member Dilip Kumar Gupta, and Jamshedpur Department Co-Inspector Brain Tudu. The event also featured Arvind Kumar Singh, Convenor and President of the School Management Committee, Secretary Dr. Kavita Parmar, and Vidyasagar Labh, RSS Co-Department Officer.
Dr. Amar Singh emphasized that teachers must empower students to overcome challenges and achieve greatness. “A true teacher inspires students to rise from the ground to the skies,” he remarked. Dilip Kumar Gupta highlighted the importance of idea exchange among teachers to ensure maximum benefit for students. Vidyasagar Labh guided teachers on imparting value-based education alongside academics.
Arvind Kumar Singh stressed that teachers must nurture students with a sense of patriotism. Brain Tudu urged educators to stay updated with changing times to remain effective in their roles.
The event also included interactive competitions such as quiz contests, needle-thread games, math races, pot races, ball-in-bucket games, group singing, and rangoli. Winners were honored with medals for their participation and achievements.
The conference concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Kavita Parmar, followed by the singing of “Vande Mataram” to mark the formal closing of the program.
