JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur West MLA Saryu Roy laid the foundation stone for three significant projects worth ₹3.16 crore under the 15th Finance Commission funds on Saturday.

Key Development Projects

The projects include paver block installations across major areas in Jamshedpur. These initiatives aim to improve road flanks and infrastructure in heavily used zones.

The first project covers the installation of paver blocks from Sakchi’s Sana Complex to Dhalbhum Club, Sakchi High School to Jail Chowk, and from Aggarwal Bhavan to Old Court Gate.

The second project focuses on paving flanks from Sonari Airport to Ramnagar Chowk.

The third includes installations from Bistupur Gujarati Sanatan Society to Hind Club via Shastrinagar main road, and from Dhobi Ghat to Nizam Khan’s house in Tailor Line via Ramdas Bhatta.

Officials Present at Ceremony

The foundation-laying ceremony saw the presence of several officials, including Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee Deputy Municipal Commissioner Krishna Kumar, Assistant Engineers Sanjay Singh, Subodh Srivastava, Dharmendra Prasad, Kulvinder Singh Pannu, Prakash Koya, and Nikhar Sablok.

The projects are expected to significantly enhance the region’s infrastructure, providing smoother access and improved facilities for local residents.
